Sacred Space Yoga and Energy Healing Center,  is dedicated to offering to the community the opportunity to practice yoga on a regular basis with this area's best experienced instructors for affordable prices.  As well as obtain Healing energy work at the lowest possible cost to you, so that you CAN afford what may otherwise cost much more at other centers. 

Sacred Space Yoga and it's teachers are warm, friendly and well trained to bring to you a fun, rejuvenating, healing and safe yoga experience.  I currently offer Hot Power Yoga, Vinyasa and Gentle Hatha classes.   I also have a fantastic Yoga boutique offering unique yoga mats and props, CD's, hand made jewelry and other great items at discounted prices.  As well as tea and coffee service for your convenience.  

My vision for Sacred Space Yoga, is to create a space to foster unity and you will instantly feel like family, nurtured and embraced by the energy here.  The students and teachers make it a warm, home like,  sanctuary atmosphere.  We are all one in that we all are here for the same reasons: to be peaceful, to embrace, to feel joy and to heal.
